2. General information on data processing

We process users’ personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services, or where you have given consent. The legal bases are mainly Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), (b) (contract or pre-contractual measures) and (f) (legitimate interests).

3. Hosting

This website is operated by an external service provider (host). Personal data collected on this website, such as IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data or access data, is processed on the host’s servers. This is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and efficient provision of the online offering). Where required, a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

4. Server log files

The host automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits automatically:

• browser type and version
• operating system used
• referrer URL
• hostname of the accessing computer
• time of the server request
• IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the technically error-free presentation and security of the website.

5. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (name, email address, phone number, requested service and message) to handle your request and for follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures; otherwise our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Form submission via FormSubmit: Form data is forwarded to us through the third-party service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Data may be processed on servers outside the EU, including in the USA. By submitting the form and confirming the privacy policy, you consent to this transfer (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time or contact us by email instead.

We delete your enquiry once its purpose has ceased, at the latest six months after processing is completed, unless a contract is concluded or statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Google Fonts

This website loads fonts (Space Grotesk, Inter) through Google Fonts, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you open the site, your browser connects to Google servers and, among other things, your IP address is transmitted; a transfer to Google LLC in the USA is possible. We do not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies on this website.
